Vin Santo sorbet

Pour the water into a saucepan, add the sugar, and stir constantly until it dissolves completely. Add the vin santo and cook for a couple of minutes, making sure the mixture doesn’t boil. Let it cool, then fold in the whipped cream, stirring gently. Pour into a container and freeze for two hours. Once the two hours are up, blend and serve.
